Proteins are the large molecules that are made up of Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and sulphur. Carbon, Hydrogen and oxygen are chiefly present in all the biomolecules. But the proteins contain sulphur as their one of the components, as DNA have Phosphorus as one of their important component. Two amino acids, Methionine and Cysteine, contain sulphur in their side chain. When these amino acids are incorporated in the proteins, sulphur is added to the proteins. Sulphur present in cysteine, as a thiol group, play a crucial role in the stability of the proteins as they form disulphide bonds.

Apart from that, two polysaccharides also contain sulphur. Chondroitin -4- Sulphate is a polymer of repeating unit of Glucuronic acid and NAcetylGalactosamine that is sulphated at the fourth carbon. The other polysaccharide is Kertan Sulphate. It has repeating units of Galactose and NAcetylGlucosamine sulphated at 6th carbon.

How many number of hydrogen and oxygen atoms in three molecules of carbon dioxide?

there is no hydrogen in carbon dioxide. since carbon dioxide is CO2 there are 3 carbon and 6 oxygen atoms in three molecules.

How many hydrogen and carbon atoms are made in 5 molecules of carbon dioxide?

5 molecules of carbon dioxide will contain 5 carbon atoms (1 per molecule) and no hydrogen atoms as carbon dioxide contains only carbon and oxygen. The 5 molecules will contain a total of 10 oxygen atoms (2 per molecule).

How many carbon atoms and hydrogen molecules would be required to make two molecules of methane?

Well methane has a chemical structure of CH4 (one carbon surrounded by 4 hydrogen atoms), so for 2 methane you would need a total of 2 carbon atoms and 8 hydrogen atoms (or 4 H2 molecules)

Lipid molecules that have the maximum number of hydrogen atoms possible are referred to as unsaturated?

No. Lipid molecules that are unsaturated have less hydrogen atoms because of carbon-carbon double bonds.
