AnswerYES!!! AnswerThe mark vii's were built on the same platform as the Mustang and 83 to 88 T-bird and Cougar. The last guy whom answered must of had mark vii and mark viii confused. the later was a mn-12 type of car not fox but those years mark viii did share the t-bird cougar platform for those years.
