If you mean "Are medieval priests shown in films, tv series and popular fiction always old?" then yes, they probably are.

Genuine medieval priests were generally young when they were first ordained and grew old like everyone else.

Thomas Becket was ordained as a priest at Canterbury on 2 June 1162, at the age of 44, but he had already been a student at Merton Priory and the University of Paris before serving on the staff of Archbishop Theobald.

Gerald of Wales was ordained a priest at the age of 26; Henry of Blois was ordained at around the age of 29. This would have been about average for most priests at the time.
