The Cornell Note-Taking System has nothing to do with vegetables.
It is a way of taking notes that helps you to study better. You make two columns - notes from lectures or reading are in the larger column. Avoid long sentences and just write the main ideas or paraphrase what's being said. Then write the key words in the keyword/question column to help remind you of the information.
Within 24 hours of taking your notes, you need to review the information and write key questions to help you study - use the keyword/question column for this. Then write a short summary on the bottom 5-7 lines of the page.
When you study, cover up the note column and try to recall the information by reading the keywords and questions only.
Students at Cornell receive full need-based aid.

Vegetables and fruits are full of vitamins and other nutrients. Leafy green vegetables, root vegetables and fruits are especially packed with vitamins.
As of now, I believe universities give full scholarships to international students if they have really high grades and high standardized test scores. Each college is different, so you should usually follow up with Cornell directly. Be sure to also review what students of Cornell say about scholarships and also how it is to be a student at Cornell. You can check this the reviews of actual Cornell students: http://www.unigo.com/cornell_university/reviews/
Note
Cornell University provides full need financial aid. The cost is on a sliding scale based on your income and on whether you are in one of the state or private colleges at Cornell. Contact the Cornell financial aid office for more information.
Vegetables because they are the ones who have full supply of energy because of the sun.
Just suspend your vegetables above a glass bowl full of water. The water will boil, and the vegetables will steam.
