Are moving comfort sports bras any good?
If you are a C or D cup they are comfortable and supportive. Instead of the wire inside I like the compression sport bras that they have at Nike. They are supportive and very comfortable.

For a girl just starting breast development (maybe a raised nipple or slight bump) I would not recommend a cup bra. It is important that your breasts fill the cup, and training and sports bras are much more comfortable at a young stage. I measure at a 34b cup, and I still prefer training and sports bras, but it is a matter of opinion. While you're at the store, try on a bunch of bras! Training, sport, cup, whatever is the most comfortable.

No, they do make 32AA cup bras. It may be, however, easier and more comfortable to wear a fabric bra with support for that particular size.
