Pellet guns can be dangerous in anybodies hands. It depends on the maturity of the person. But pellet guns are an excellent tool to teach and respect firearms. In most of society it is a right of passage to teach a young man how to handle a firearm. Both my son and daughter know how to handle a gun and both are excellent shots. It's better that they learn from me than get curious and try it on their own without proper guidance
The Chinese, along with other countries, have used pellet guns for training.
If you are talking about Air Soft guns, 18 years old to buy one.
a dangerous pulse rate for a 14 year old is over 110
This all depends on the country and location where you live. In the United States you must be 18 to purchase one. However to use one, that is up to your parents or guardian. Different countries have different laws on pellet guns.
It would help if you stated the model of the pellet gun you need parts for. I can tell you this much. Both Daisy and Crosman made pellet guns for Sears under the JC Higgins brand name. If you want to try to locate a repair shop that restores old pellet guns I suggest to look on the web under "Air Gun Repair." and locate someone who repairs older pellet guns. Or you can re-post your question with the model number it will start with one of two sets of numbers like 799 or 126. This will identify it as either a Daisy or a Crosman air gun. Crosman offers a locater service to repair older guns. (If yours is a Crosman.) It's up to you how you want to find parts.
RIFLES AND SHOTGUNS
You are asking for opinion. My opinion? AirSoft guns are not especially dangerous- they were not made to be a weapon. While anything CAN be a weapon (ever been poked with a spork?) the ammo and speed of an AirSoft tend to be much safer than BB guns or pellet rifle that fire metal projectiles (Airsoft uses a plastic BB that is a different size than metal BBs). Bad influence? Well, it is a lifeless object- pretty hard for it to influence anyone. Learning to use any type of gun properly does teach patience, ability to follow directions, coordination, judgement- and it gets you the heck out of the house and outdoors for a while.
These are excellent pellets for hunting. They expand when they hit the target. It's like the old saying "Small hole going in, Large hole coming out."
It is dangerous for ANYONE to smoke. Don't do it.
It depends. In general, the percent is about 3.6% dangerous.
