Thin people may or may not consume a balanced diet.Some people who are thin may be very conscious of what they eat and may have always consumed a balanced diet ( adequate amounts of protein,fat and carbohydrate and also making sure they get enough vitamins).People who "dont care" about what they eat or are too "lazy to cook" may be thin but arent consuming balanced healthy diets for sure.
