1. They have to have a university degree

2. They have to be registered with a regulating body which sets exams, maintains the standards that each pharmacist is required to adhere to, and has disciplinary procedures for pharmacists who break the rules of the regulating body. yes they are because they too took up a four year degree course that will considered them as professionals and they also need to pass the licensure examination.
