Yes plantain is good for you but it is not good for people who suffer from anemia because plantain does not contain iron or folic acid which are both needed for anemic persons i hope this is what your looking for. :)

∙ 13y agoYes, if you eat lots of it. You can eat plantain to supplement vitamins and minerals in your body. It is low in calories but if you eat too much of it, it can make you gain weight. Everything in moderation will not hurt you, but if you eat too much of everything, you will balloon.
