well he might not realize it but if he keeps this up he is gonna die. so you might wanna tell him that. take away the smoking crap and watch him carefully. smoking is VERY VERY bad for people with crohns disease even if youre around people who smoke and you have crohns its VERY bad for you, youre at a risk of death. so imagine whats its like if youre the one that smokes and you have crohns disease.
