On average they aren't smarter than a 5th Grader, but as rodents go they are pretty clever. They are very smart and clever rodents and can even learn there names.
Well their rodents and they can't name them selves or other people ( duh). I'm in the 5th grade and rats and mice have a history to be know smarter and more know a human better than they know them selves . Rats and mice can easily trick a fully grown person. With the fact of their high speed of running they have lived through the Bubonic Plague. They have developed are smart sense and and navigate using smell. They might not know or care for names they can tell them selves from mice. Mice are smaller and dull faces. They are very small maybe about half of the size of a rat. Rats are unarguable smarter than us they have lived longer than humans they where here before us and scientists predict they will be here lot longer than we will be. So as I said rats and mice are smart.
No. And why would you look up somthing like this are you stoopid or somthing GOSH!!!!!!!
Yes, rats are the smartest pet you could have. Pigs are smarter than cats and dogs too.
I think both are cute. But i love cats more because they are smarter than dogs and I think that they are cuter than dogs. please also search 'How cute are Cats.'
A house cats is about twice as smart as a rabbit.

No. On the contrary, rats are much smarter. As pets, they are also more sociable and more trainable. http://www.petuniversity.com/small-animals/types-of-small-animals/rats.htm
No, unless we are speaking in evolutionarily historical terms. Both domestic cats (Felis catus), and species of foxes (in the family Canidae) are in the Mammalian order Carnivora. They are in different suborders and families, so while they no doubt share some percentage of their genome, there is no useful relationship to speak of beyond the evolutionary context.
Cats and dogs are more closely related than cats and rats.
As smart, if not smarter, than most dogs. (And definitly smarter than most humans)
no
Are dogs smarter than cats? Maybe, maybe not. Are mice smarter than cats? Maybe, maybe not. If laboratory rats are so smart, why do they keep getting caught by scientists for experiments? Someone else catches them for the scientists.
true
Domestic cats and dogs are more closely related than cats and rats. Cats and dogs diverge at Order Carnivora, cats to Feliformia and dogs to caniformia. Cats and rats, on the other hand diverge at Infraclass Eutheria, rats to Rodentia and cats to Carnivora.(Dogs belong to Genus Canis, cats to Genus Felis, and rats to Genus Rattus.)Cats and dogs both descend from a weasel-like mammal known as cynodictis.

Dogs are not "smarter" than cats. It's very hard to compare intelligence cross-species, but to the extent it can be done, they're of roughly equal intelligence. Dogs are better at some things and cats are better at others.
I think both are cute. But i love cats more because they are smarter than dogs and I think that they are cuter than dogs. please also search 'How cute are Cats.'
