I believe you mean Fairground rides. certainly, but owing to the amount of time needed to emplace these rides on a reasonably solid foundation- they are largely confined- if toured at all- to big State Fairs like the Meadowlands and may well tap into pre-drilled foundations! They are unknown in common, say Church carnivals that run for a week or so. For labor and time reasons only found at the bigger Carnivals and fairs- of course Fixed amusement parks have them as a staple ride.
