Silly Bandz are inanimate objects. They are neither good nor bad. It all comes down to how they are used, and the individual's interactions with them. If a child throws themselves in the floor of the store and tantrums because they are out of the Silly Bandz that they want, the interaction would be bad. If a child enjoys them, collects them, and trades them outside of time that they have responsibilities, the interaction would be good.
