Yes. There are two species in the United States, the eastern red bat (Lasiurus borealis) and the desert (or western) red bat (L. blossevilii) which are red, especially the males. Many other bats are reddish-brown, which might be called "red." Even the common pipistrelle can be reddish. Many fruit bats are also reddish-brown.
