Both sides of the issue have been heard from above, and as long as there are people in this world, there will be those who believe in one way or another.
As a practitioner of magic (a witch), I can say with some personal experience that spells, potions, meditation, visualisation, manifestation and magic all work reliably well for me.
I only know of one... www.witchschool.com
No. First of all, spells and mermaids are not real, so it doesn't really witchcraft. Witchcraft, at least the Western conception of it, is tied to the religion of Wicca. Most folklore relating to magic is not related to Wicca.
If you are referring to witchcraft, spells, potions. Then yes, its real. However if you are referring to anything you have seen in the Harry Potter movies, then no, that's not real.
There is no set of "standard" spells in Witchcraft. There may be so many spells that uses "sticks tree limbs etc".
Just for sake of reference; I'm going to ask another question... "Why is Christianity real?" or "Why is Hinduiism real?" or "Why is Buddhism real?" or even "Why was Greek Mythology real?" Witchcraft is as real as any other religious movement, because it exists in the hearts and minds of those who follow it.
No spells get rid of ghost. Ghosts are not real and spells are not real.
No. Spells of any sort are not real.
The easiest was is to do a cleansing of yourself and your home. Protection spells, anti-curse/jinx/hex spells, etc. work wonderfully.
There are no real spells as there is no such thing as magic.
There is no spells to change people into vampires. Vampires are not real and spells are not real. They are only in movies and not real life.
In Wicca? In Paganism? In Witchcraft in general? To all three questions, No, Not really but maybe a few sects, and No. There is no real standard book of spells that Pagans in general follow. That said, in the Wiccan Tradition, Gerald Gardner's Book of Shadows is highly prized, and in various British Traditional Witchcraft covens, there are copies of Gerald's Book that they go by. In Paganism, there are a few Traditions that follow or use some books. But in general, there is no standard book of spells.
The witch makes his/her own spells. But you can go search Free Wicca Spells, or Free Wiccan Spells, or Free Witchcraft Spells, or Free Spells there are tons of websites that contain free spells. But editing the free spells is advised because it will fit you better, and it will become stronger.
