yass I believe energy drinks and food are bad because 1: the drinks contain loads of sugar, caffeine and energy supplements that are bad 2: the foods could not give you all the different nutrients your body need to grow, develop, play sports, and handle all the other stuff on your schedule.... plus they may contain mysterious ingrdients.
