Squid don't actually have blood. They have a substitute, if you will, called hemolymph. It's basically a fluid with oxygen and other nutrients in it and the heart just kind of "dumps" this "blood" on and around all the internal organs, so they get their nutrients. The hemolypmh eventually works it's way back up to the heart.
