Some are some are not. I purchased some and it sold as gold, (they tested at 10k) I purchased others and they were junk. A jewler acid tested them. There are other grades of these coins, Some look like junk, and others look like the real thing, only smaller. (I bought one when I was 11, it's 14k)
So a $24 bag of coins may be all 10k, all junk, or a mix.
