I assume you mean the ancient Egyptians. Indeed they did. And apparently some very good ones, too. Albeit their understanding of disease & the human body was quite different than ours, they nonetheless performed successful brain surgeries employed the use of antibiotic molds, etc. The royals & rich had this level of adept care, of course, but as to how much of the general public then did is uncertain & debatable, but likely scant. In ancient Egypt doctors were a professional group, just as they are today all over the world. So it wasn't priests moonlighting or anything like that. Egyptian knowledge of medicine was quite advanced compared to that of the rest of the world at the time and there is substantial proof of succesful operations having been performed, re-setting of broken bones, sound advice on nutrition etc.
Well, not really cause they don't have the medicines we do today. When someone was sick or dying they prayed to the various gods like the protector of their gender, female or male, or children. To help that person to get better. Sometimes but rarely they made it, most of them did not.
