Uhh...not quite. In anatomy, "inferior" means "below." And yes, the urinary bladder is below the kidneys.

Yes, somewhat. But they are in back of the abdominal cavity (retroperineal). The right kidney is lower than the left due to the liver and are about same size as your fist.
