Obviously not. There is still the Army. Additionally, Marines - which do not have a medical corps - also have Navy support elements. There's also other elements of the Navy, such as the Construction Battalions (Seabees) and SEALs, not to mention that the Navy's Explosive Ordinance Disposal is the only special ops capable EOD in the entire military, plus there's the Air Force, whose Tac-P personnel call in airstrikes (and they perform this function as attachments to Army and Marine units both), Air Force pararescue to retrieve downed pilots, etc.

PLUS, there are the allies supporting the US mission in Afghanistan.
