Ishmael definitely is from The Bible. It means, God hears. Ishmael was the son of Abraham that Hagar, his wife's servant, bore for him. When Abraham and his wife, Sarai, couldn't have children, Sarai gave Hagar to Abraham so that Abraham would at least have a child. Ishmael was the end result.

I don't believe that Abah is a name from the bible, but Ahab (not Abah) was one of the most wicked kings of Israel from the Old Testament.
