catch a relicanth and a wailord (tms/HMS needed hm8, hm4, hm3,hm2, and TM dig) first go 2 Pacifidlog town and go southwest surly u will find a dive spot and then use dive. when down there read the brail and use dive straight up and u will be in a cavern filled with walls of brail, on the farthest side there should be a wall with brail then in the middel use dig the there will be another chamber go 2 the the farthest wall and read the brail and it will say doors opened from far away(this only happens if relicanth is at the front of your party and wailord is at the end of your party and u also need to have beaten the elite 4 once) then go 2 route 105 and the aintcient ruin will have a door go in and read the brail don't move 4 like 2 minutes and another door will appear and there is regice. then go 2 route 111 and the ruin there will have a door aswell then go in read the brail and then from the spot the brail is take 2 steps 2 the right then 2 down then use steangth and the door will open and in there will be regirock. then go 2 route 120 then the ruin in that route should be open then go inn read the brail go 2 the dead center then use fly and the door will open and registeel will be in there............(tips: paralyze them before catching the 40 leveled reggies, it is really hard 2 catch them i wouldn't use my master ball on any of them).....good luck...............
