No it well not work at all. Sentra 1991-1994 Stanza 1990-1993 and also the torque converter well not bolt up at all. Generally that answer is correct, however, it's not an end all answer. For one there is the assumption of an automatic, and 2 it's considering 100% factory bolt in's. Going by that thinking you cannot stick the engine from a 95 or 96 Sentra into an 88 Sentra, or the engine from a newer Stanza into an 88 Sentra. Lots of thigns don't bolt right up including the wiring. However, alot of people have done it, without a whole lot of knowledge. Most of them are evenw illing to share all their notes including wiring. Head to nissanforums.com, and look into the B12 Sentra forum, you might find what you need in there.
