Are their Lawsuits for coughing up surgical staples after lung surgery?

I've coughed up 5 titanium endoscopic staples over the last 4 years during 3 different 'episodes' (first time was 3 inside this big blackish red 'marble' glob, then one for the other two times which came up dry). Apparently, other than the 'discomfort' and it being just plain wierd, there's really no harm so there's nothing to 'sue' over...
What happens is as they staple, fold, staple, fold, staple, etc. the lung's hole to close it and the innermost staples typically losen as they're subjected to the lung pressures, mucus and other fluids, then once loose they dislodge and are systematically 'moved' up the bronchi passageways to eventually cause the 'tickle' which makes you cough-it-up. Feels much better afterwards!
