Yes,go to options then click keyboard then do advance keyboard options then you click the enable developers console box. Then you press this button (~) and then you type sv_cheats 1 into it and here are some cool cheats!
z_speed 10 (you can do different speeds this can make Zombies super slow or extremely fast)
z_spawn Boomer (or other zombie names)
z_tank_speed 10 (again make the zombies slow or fast but this is for tanks! I recommend 75 f-ing funny)
z_witch_damage 1 (every claw is 1 dmg instead of instant incap or death lol)
god 1 (invincibility) (god 0 to turn it off)
noclip (you fly through walls and you are invincible)
But cheats only work in single player.
