Yes. As one simple example, the Society of Friends (the 'Quakers') are a Christian Church that meets in silence.

Meetings last an hour or so, and are in total silence, in silent prayer and meditation, unless the Holy Spirit moves someone either to read from scripture, or to lead in spokem prayer. No music is used, not liturgy, nor sacrament.
