There are very sophisticated theories that there are aliens, well maybe they might not be those big green slimy creatures, but tiny miscroscopic organisms like for example: ants, amoeba, etc. and God couldn't just make us all alone in space, really we have a HUGE never-ending vacuum of space, we have to have more, if we have SO much space in space, why would we be the only creatures in the Universe (including:animals, plants, trees, fungi, etc.) Now I will answer your question " NO, aliens are not watching us".

It is possible. Since space is so big, every scientist that says that aliens are not real, do not deserve to call themself scientist.
