Hundreds of verses contain words, and names of people and places beginning with Z. And that's before you get to the words/namess that include Z, but not as the initial letter - there are 24 verses for Ezra alone.

Also Ezer (10), Uzziah (27), Azariah (48), and so on, and so on..

This would be a very tedious undertaking.

I would suggest starting with looking up all the words that start with "Z" in The Bible and then seeing how many of them began a scripture.
