I'm afraid that there don't seem to be any ROTC programs available in Dallas. You can opt for it as an elective in the Dallas County Community College though.

There is no way to enter any military service as a Non-Commisioned Officer (NCO) or Senior Non-Commisioned Officer (SNCO). If you participate in a Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps, some branches of service allow entrance as paygrade E-3 or E-4 for the Marines. An E-4 is one paygrade (promotion) from a sergeant.

No, but there are several schools with JROTC and ROTC programs that have similar benefits that are offered. I used to be in JROTC and it helped me become a much better person in many ways.
There is only one AVMA accredited school in Florida and that is University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine Gainesville, Florida There are other veterinary programs in Florida including those for technican and assistant, some which can be taken online.
