Generally, yes. But there are some games (MMORPGs, Flash games and such.) that are browser-based, and require no installation.
If you're talking about browser based games, try some of the others made by Artix Entertainment. If you meant Sci-fi games try some actually downloadable games, if you wanted a game that was generally fun try League of Legends. Whenever I get the chance to play it, I do because of how much fun it is.
