There aren't any official RPG's however there are hundreds of ones set up by fans, try Proboards, InvisionFree, Chamber of Chat and Zetaboards.
If your wanting a forum use "ProBoards" they offer free forum hosts for a website I would recommend "GoDaddy". I have personally not used "GoDaddy" but have use "ProBoards" extensively.
You log in with your Username and not Display name; these are two different things.
