if you mean a trainer as in a hacker to give you temporary guardian or auto win or uber weapons etc. then there are 2 that i know of:

1) aq elite

every time adventure quest gets an update aq elite needs to be updated but at the moment there is no update for lore 3580. and aq elite version 3542 no longer works on it as in the 3580 version they have updated the flash player version needed and even if you update your flash player the flash player aq elite uses remains the same and thus does not run the game

and

2) dark matrix multi loader

i havnt tried this one but i think it is all in one trainer for dragon fable, adventure quest, and mech quest. here is a link for it
