I found out that the manga explains it and specifically cites this example. The anime just ignores this fact. The bell that was used had "moon power" and windy falls under the moons influence. So the extra power boost allowed her to use it. But in order to use the cards after that she would have to have more power and this by using her own powers she changed them into sakura cards. Thank you manga. I hate how some animes likes to ignore somethings that just don't make sense. That's why I always like to try to read the manga if I watch an anime. :-) syaoran + sakura = happiness.

There is no anime like that, but manga yes. In a way, a slight way related to Inuyasha, Kuroshitsuji. As for the magical girl, a brand new anime series called puella magi Madoka Magica is a great anime filled with anime, and intense cliff hangers. it is complete. ( 12 episodes, but it is a great anime ) And Full moon wo Sagashite, there is no real anime like it, but try to read Heart no kuni Alice. it is a great manga.
