chinese history,chinas one_child policy
Twins or multiple births of any kind did not violate the one-child policy in China. Also the one-child policy was phased out in 2015.
Did they decide yet? When does this take place? Im woried! So will there be any problems to this result?
China thinks the one-child policy is morally acceptible because the strain on China's economy. China's resources are so high, and the population is so cramped for real estate space, that they don't want any more uncontrolled population groowth.
China is a dictatorship, hence, it is very hard for anyone other than the top communist officials to do anything to change any government policy. The public are not consulted. So if I wanted to change China's one child policy, first I would work to make China a democracy. Then, I could seek public support for a change in that particular policy. It would be like any other political campaign. I could create a political party, perhaps, based on a platform of greater personal freedom.
I think this policy is good, & it will help in reducing the population growth rate and controlling the population, but there should not be any cruelty with the 2nd child of a couple ,as it is not the child's mistake, it is mistake by its parents, & they must pay its penalty, but the child should not be separated from it's parents.
there are many punishments for the one child policy: the second child will not be registered no child benefits for parents for the second child the government could fine the family
In China
The One-child policy in China allows families to have only one child per family; although it allows exemptions for several cases, including rural couples, ethnic minorities, and parents without any siblings themselves. This is mainly because China has a issue with population-it is huge.
because at one point the population of china was at one billion which is a 7th of the worlds population today, so they put the policy down hoping it will go back down to the millions as some people in china have food shortages and they live in poverty due to the amount of people there are in china, also because of the amount of people there, there are more homeless people there than in any other place in the world. (the policy excludes twins)

No state law will require whom the beneficiary is on a life insurance policy. This is up to the owner of the policy. it may be changed by the owner of the policy if they choose to do so as well. Remember that the owner and the insured is usually the same person but they don't have to be. Such as with a minor child. A parent would want to be the owner of the policy while the child is the insured. This is the same with any policy. The owner has ultimate control over the policy and is the only one who can make changes or cancel the policy. The insured has no say after the policy is issued to do anything with it.
