No.
Yes, dander consists of the skin flakes that shed from all mammals. Some dog breeds shed less hair and skin, and may be called "hypoallergenic breeds" but they still shed small amounts of skin and hair.
There are many, many breeds of chickens, and there are roosters of all breeds. So that is a very open question. Roosters can be any breed of chicken.
most breeds of chickens are hardly and can live in any conditions
You are only describing a color (which is either spangled or black mottled). There are many breeds that could have the color "spangled" or "black mottled". The know the breed of the chicken, you most certainly would have to have a description of the chicken, or even better a picture of it.
The same way you Cook any chicken breast.
Yes. No matter what the breed chicken is chicken and guess what? It all tastes like chicken. While some breeds are not as meaty as others, all chickens have meat, even bantams. Many laying hens are fattened up with a diet of corn after they have given their best years producing eggs and eventually end up in the stew pot
yes, like tuna or salmon
The reason people are allergic to animals is because they have a lot of dander carried in their fur, this can be solved for any dog-lover by buying a hypoallergenic which are breeds that have more hair-like fur like a poodle or a schnauzer.

No, they are not. Ragdolls have as much fur and dander as any other cat varietal, and it is the dander which humans are allergic to, if they are allergic to cats.
Any chicken can. I have two leghorns, one lays teardrop shaped eggs, and the other one lays ostrich eggs!!!! (Not literally. But you get the picture.) But some breeds are bred to lay huge eggs. Bull*hit! hormones.. natural chicken lay 1/2 the size of eggs u see in the supermarket, u just happened to come across bigger egggs treated with more hormones, go to an organic strore and believe me.
I am an owner of a sphynx cat, and no I have not seen any dander at all as long as you don’t bathe then too often so their skin stays moist
