For who that just want to try building cities, go for SimCity 4 cause it's just $20 now. But if you want 3d Graphics, go for Cities XL 2011/2012, it's $20 (2011) and $35 (preorder 2012). Tropico 4 is the one who want extra challenge with disasters. It's $30.
