There are holidays, such as the birthday of L. Ron Hubbard and the day that the book "Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health" was released as well as the day that celebrates the role of the Scientology Minister known as Auditor's DAY. Scientologists also celebrate traditional things like Christmas and New Years, etc. I guess all of these things could be considered to be festivals since there are parties, events and speeches.

Here are the two most important:
March 13 is L. Ron Hubbard's birthday. This is an officially recognized religious holiday in the United States. Pupils who want to participate to the events during this holiday are legally allowed absence from school with no effect on their grading scores.
October 7 is the anniversary of the International Association of Scientologists. The IAS is made up of individual Scientologists who desire to change conditions on this planet for the better. Its purpose is:
To unite, advance, support and protect the Scientology religion and Scientologists in all parts of the world, so as to achieve the aims of Scientology as originated by L. Ron Hubbard.
