Unfortunately you can not get a pet fish in Toon Town. The only pet you can get is a doodle. Everyday there are different doodles in the pet shop that are available to buy. They can not run out of doodles for that day. If your in Toon Town Central and you don't like any doodles. If you go to Daisy Gardens or something there are other options.

To get regular chat where you just type the words, you have to pay and become a full member. Just like you have to, to go into any other places with the harder dudes.

Well there's Superpoke Pets where you can adopt animals like tigers, rabbits, panda's, polar bears, pigs and a few others :P But recently Superpoke Pets went through a lot of changes that caused a lot of people to quit and try and find other games!! Hope this helps :)
Cold Callers are easy to find. I find them in toon town central. The best way to find out if a cold caller is in the area you need to go into your cog gallery and click the symbol it will then show if any are in the area. ALSO please enjoy toon town! :)

Toon Monsters can attack directly if the opponent has no Toons, but if he does have one, the turn player's Toon must attack it (if he attacks at all, that is). No other part of the show's Toon rules are applied. The Toon controller's life points are not protected in any way. A player's non-Toon may freely attack the other player's Toons or non-Toons, and damage calculation will proceed as normal. If the Toon Monster is too strong, then you will need to destroy it with an effect first. A monster that can attack directly, can do so even if the other player has a Toon monster. Toon Monsters do not interact in any way with direct damage, so cannot stop burn damage from cards like Chain Burn.
There is wizard 101, which is kinda the same thing except you play as a wizard, not a toon.
