I don't know of any that offer Viking cooking classes, but there are a few that do offer cooking classes. J. Baldwin's and Jeremy Restaurant are a couple. You could look in the local paper and see if there are any advertised. You could also call around.

Well Done Cooking Classes is located in Houston. They offer high end cooking training and have high reviews. There are also five other cooking schools located in the Houston area.

Weber State College (Ogden) teaches a few cooking classes, none specifically for teens though.
