Wind power like any power has no good or bad. It is what it is. It is an engineering problem to interface wind power to the demand for power. Pollution controls are not needed as part of the interface but load smoothing is part of the interface. noise abatement might be part of the interface, transmission to consumption centers may be part of the interface. Good and Bad arenot the issue, interfaces are.
