Drug Companies have lobbyists that push their motives in legislature, affecting how laws are made.


Aside from that, they send people to take doctors like physicians and psychiatrists to special lunches, to tell them all about the new drugs they can be giving people.


Thepharmaceuticalindustry mass produces their substances and has themrecommendedby every doctor they can, so that every day people can have permits (prescriptions) to buy these substances which can beidentical to, or barely a molecule away from some of the drugs the company's lobbyists maintain to keep illegal.


These drugs are sold legally to everyday people, for their behavioral disorders or chronic pain, anything they can write a scrip for.


Those are a few ulterior aspects of the system I have come to understand.
