Don't bother. My 1996 had the same problem, overheated and fans never came on. Took it to the dealership and they could not find the problem. Dodges from the late 1990's are known for electrical problems. Don't know how new ones are.

The problems associated with management accounting vary greatly, but the more commonly known problems within it would be the cost involved, the constrains or strict guidelines involved, and the inaccuracy that results from it.
These vehicles are known for ECM (computer) problems that cause missfires & other runability problems. Usually if this is a ECM problem the dash works intermittantly (lights, odometer, etc) also. Could also be an injector or another ignition component.
Not normally, if it has been overheated the head may be warped/cracked.
