the last skill that was added was summoning,and as usual it is member only as most likely will all other new skills but.. runescape may decide to make some member things(like skill capes) non-members

What are membership cards used for?
The member ship cards were created by Jagex. You may be familiar with the free to play and pay to play worlds. The pay to play worlds allow more things to be done like training new skills, more new items, and new quests. I know what being a nonmember felt like since i spent most of my years of runescape being in a nonmembers world.

No future skills have been announced. If the RuneScape team have been planning a new skill, they didn't tell us.
Does RuneScape have a new skill?
There haven't been any new skills in about like 2 years on runescape. Although it is confusing when seeing a magic, quest and prayer skillcape emote. They are all pretty similar. I don't know if you get a skillcape for completing achievements diary or not. Jagex announced that they are currently working on a new skill. They did not yet announce what the skill will be. Check the announcements on the RuneScape main page, and check your list of skills now and then in case you missed the announcement. NEW UPDATE: dungeoneering is the new skill. With dungeoneering you can get 120 of it! known as TRUE skillcape mastery

There is no winner in Runescape, it's just an online game, it can't be completed seeing as there's always new quests and new skills being made time over time.

As a member in Runescape, you get lots of new skills. Agility, Construction, Herblore, Summoning, Farming, Thieving, Fletching and Slayer. And you get lots of improvement to the skills that f2p can acess. It is all about which skill you like more. If you want a skillcape, i recommend Fletching in member skills.
How long is runescape credits?
There is no ruenscape credits because you can not beat the game there is always new skills, quest, levels , etc.

How many skills are there in runescape?
As of January 2012, there are 25 different skills. It has been announced that two more will be added soon - that would make a total of 27. The names of the new skills have not been announced yet.
What level do you have to be to wear adamant in RuneScape?
You can find this out quickly in the game itself: click on the skills icon, and click the "Defense" skill - the relevant skill for wearing most armour. In the case of adamant, the answer (for the new RuneScape) is that you need Defense level 40.
