It is not possible to get penguin storm in some ways, It keeps getting patched. Until any kind of site makes an un-patched storm available in that case if you find a storm that's available you just Download/-Run/-Load and then when it loads... Search "CP ID Codes" into google and select one of the links. Then it will tell you what things are patched and what arent. But you might not be able to use any item ids, and anyway i never use item ids on Penguin Storm because they never work.

Penguin storm is gone. MicroChip123 said that the CP update of october 2010 literally killed all his programs. MIcroChip said that there might not be any hope and Penguin Storm might be done for forever. Sorry. I used to use Storm, but now its gone.
