a kestrel is a falcon.their wings are powerful,built for speed.all alike.
Yes. Any two lines of latitude are the same distance apart everywhere, and they never meet or cross. This is a big part of the reason that they're often called "parallels" of latitude.
No, an amoeba is an invertebrate since it does not have any spinal bone structures or any bones at all. |:D
there are three resonating structures of H2CO3 OH+-------C------O+-------oh+
Because all longitudes converge (merge, meet, come together) at the north and south poles. Since parallel things can't do that, we know that lines of longitude must not be parallel, and since they are not parallel, it would be very misleading to call them parallels. The whole subject is confusing enough as it is.

No.
The road parallels the river. She is investigating if there are any obvious parallels between the two cases.
I doubt it. If I put the base of a right angle triangle on one of the parallels and the opposite apex on the other parallel line, there is a side at right angles to both lines, but the hypotenuse might be sloping down at any angle you like. If you are given the distance between the parallels, then you must be given the length of the base or the smaller base angle to fix a particular right-angled triangle.
There is they are just not in the western world
Grepolis is very similar, I just tried it today
Homologous structures are any structures that have similarity and come from the same lineage. This can be seen in the forelimbs of mammals. Analogous structures are very similar but come from different ancestors. This can be seen in the North American flying squirrel vs the Australian sugar glider. They both have similar features but come from 2 different locations. In fact, the Australian sugar glider is more related to the kangaroo than the flying squirrel
Not really. The closest living relatives to allosaurus are birds.
Nothing is parallel to any meridian. The equator is a parallel of latitude, and is parallel to all the other parallels. This is a big part of the reason that, collectively, they are called 'parallels'.
Some that are used today are similar however most of their punishments were focused around their society e.g. the amphitheatre.
Yes, some of the structures in Macchu Picchu are still standing and are tourist attractions now.
