Because of the new expansion, World of Warcraft: Wrath of The Lich King, no private servers of any merit are able to emulate the game properly... it will be months before any private server will be able to create a bug free emu.

Private servers are not supported by Blizzard and playing on one constitutes a breach of the Terms of Service you agreed to when installing WoW. If you are found out, you will be banned and your game will be unplayable with normal servers.
There are four server types, PvP = player vs player aka. alot og dueling , normal = normal lvling, RP = roleplay and RPPvP = roleplaying with alot of player vs player.
Its against the ToU to play on a private server. If you get caught, and you most likely will, they can and will ban your account.
That depends on the private servers. Some have the EXP at normal, and others have various bonuses. Check with the mods of the private server to find out if there is any EXP hike and if so, how much higher it is. Hope this helps.
Playing maplestory (the legal version) is a good idea, but sometimes the grind and the continuous staring at the high level pros makes one discouraged, so this is where private servers come in. If you play the legal maplestory, you'll get bored, but in updated private servers, it is more fun. It depends really, whether you like super fast levelling or super slow grind. XD But, there are servers that are GMS-like. It is just like playing the real maplestory, but it requires you to not pay at all. Unless, you are willing to donate. Furthermore, there are servers with their own storyline.
Due to blizzards recent change in the games programming and containing folder; I don't recommend going on anymore private servers. The built in security software, The Warden, now scans the game files every 30 minutes or so for any changes. If any are detected, it's sent off to Blizzard for further action to be taken. But still; if you're playing ATM you'll notice how bad Wintergrasp is, and that's being supported on Blizz's already well-kept servers. So I think that a normal Private server running it would just be havoc.
Yes private servers some of which you can use your character from runescape e.g. the free one; runescapemodserver.tk. Many offer benefits and easier leveling compared to normal runescape.
Just upgrade your account after upgrading it goto normal servers not moglin safe servers cuz moglin safe servers allows only canned chat while normal servers are servers that allows chat enabled servers :-)
The principal difference between VPS hosting and normal hosting lies in the acronym. VPS stands for 'virtual private server', and refers to the practice of making a single computer think it is actually multiple computers, dividing the network into parts and helping to protect it from hackers and viruses.
Run the wow repair utility that is found in your world of warcraft folder. That will reset all your settings back to default.
Well, Theres not really a BEST one. Servers are distrubeted to what you like to play. like pvp is you have a big chance of dieing alot. Roleplaying (RP) for people that like to act, and pve which is basicly nothing special. I suggest not choosing a high server or full because there will be lag
