is there any recalls on 2002 ford escapes
The NHTSA doesn't list any recalls for suspension problems on a 1999 Ford Explorer - the only thing close would be the Firestone tires.
My rear hinge recently just broke and I called the dealership about a recall and they said they don't have any recalls out on my vehicle. Anybody have any advice. I have a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport.

Any particular MODEL YEAR of Ford Explorer
As of my last update in October 2023, there have been no widespread recalls specifically for the timing chain tensioner on the 2004 Ford Explorer. However, it's essential to check the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) website or contact a Ford dealer for the most current information regarding recalls, as they can change over time. Always ensure that your vehicle is up to date with any identified safety recalls.

Yes, there have been recalls for the 1996 Ford Bronco. The most notable recalls involved issues related to the fuel system and seatbelt components, which could pose safety risks. Owners of a 1996 Bronco should check with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) or a Ford dealer to determine if their vehicle is affected by any recalls and to get information on necessary repairs.
As far as I know until the 1995 Ford Explorer ( referred to as generation 2 ) the Ford Explorer did not have any air bags
There are minor incidences of manufacturing defects, which required attention and repair work for some of the Ford trucks. These were not common problems. One can safely say there were no 'Safety Recalls' on Ford Trucks in past three years.
As we are only in 2008, who knows if they will find new faults with the 2009 fusion that require recalling. The last recall on the fusion was 2007. Here is a useful website for recalls. http://www.vosa.gov.uk/vosa/apps/recalls/
No, the door on a 1998 Ford Explorer will not fit a 1992 Ford Explorer.
