No, there is no rest stop southbound between exits 8 and 7a. There is the Molly Pitcher rest stop between exit 8a and 8 and the Richard Stockton service area between 7a and 7 but nothing in between 8 and 7a. for more see http://www.travelboards.com/turnpike/NJ/map.asp
