The rights for a woman who signed adoption papers when she was very young vary by state, but if everything was done legally there is usually no going back. A family law attorney in the state where the papers were signed can let you know if it was done legally or not.
If children were legally taken from the mother, they are not considered stolen, no matter how old the mother was. A family law attorney might be able to help if the mother was forced to sign papers, but usually once an adoption is final there is no going back.
In general, parental rights are terminated either preparatory to an adoption, or after a trial in which it is determined that the parent is unfit. In any case, termination of parental rights does not, in itself, terminate child support.
I think she did, but gave it away for adoption when she was young.

There are many teen mothers willing to put their children up for adoption. Going to a good adoption agency is key. Most of the mothers are young unwed mothers.
Yes some teens do, but some teens don't. It depends if the young woman and young man love each other or if they are minors. If too young the pregnant young woman will hopefully be allowed to stay home with her baby until she gives birth, continue her education and raise her child. The young father (if a decent young man) should be allowed to have visitation rights of the baby.
